Match a profile against the Xavigate Career database

POST 
/v1/careers/match

Returns ranked career matches against the Xavigate Career DB. Accepts either a subject_id (references an existing Nature subject) or an inline profile object (for customers who already have MN/MI scores from elsewhere).

Match results capped at 100 per request; pagination beyond uses cursor parameters per ADR-005.

Sync endpoint — p95 < 1s, p99 < 2s.
